Really amazing type of juice, this is almost like a great dessert, the way that the cashews and the agave nectar are blending with the light flavor of cinnamon and vanilla, god this is so good! I can drink that stuff forever, and its also so easy to make, all you need is a blender and less than 3 min.

Nutrition benefits:

Cashews are a great source of zinc and vitamin E, if you eat too much cashews and wondered why your skin and nail looks and feel so great and young, now you know why.

Ingredients:

467ml Filtered water
4.5oz Raw Cashews
1 tbsp Agave Nectar / Honey
1 tsp Vanilla bean (finely chopped)
1 tsp ground Cinnamon

Method:

mix all in a blender, cool and drink

Tip I: you can mix in an some almonds instead of cashews to make it even more interesting

Tip II: you can add 1-2 oz of rum into it, also makes very nice refreshing take on it.

Note:

another approach to this recipe is to let the cashews sit in water for an hour before, than mix them, this would not result with the same type of smoothness,  you would need to incorparate water to get the cashews to blend well, though the benefits of this approach is that you know that the cashews are very clean and ready to eat.

[...] Cashew Nut Milk – absolutely my favorite juice, this is like a dessert almost. I would drink it any day. also you do not need a juicer for this recipe, a simple blender would do the job. [...]

I really appreciate you spending the time to put all this information on your site – thank you! All of my juices came out great, but maybe my blender isn’t good enough but this one still had small chunks of cashews in it, regardless of how long I blended it for. Do you use a blender instead of the juicer? Do you then strain it? Thanks!

That looks AMAZING!! Can you do this in the Breville 800jexl? I’ve been trying to figure out if I can put nuts through it or not.

if you don’t have a vanilla bean, can
you use vanilla extract, and if so,
how much?

3 Day Juice Cleanse – Day 2 « Go for 30

[...] Cashew Nut Milk: Not “amaaaaazing” as some cleansers would have you believe; but it’s definitely drinkable and surprisingly satisfying as the last “meal” of the day.  I thought for sure I’d go to bed with hunger pains last night, but the cashew milk actually did its job and made me feel full enough that I didn’t go raiding the fridge out of starvation last night.
