UPDATE: here is a most recent version of the spicy lemonade recipe, which also include video demonstation.
Taken from the master cleanse diet, real simple and delicious juice, no juicer or any other gadget needed (though if you have one it might help), this is really the type of juice you can drink in any situation, its super refreshing. one thing to note, I prefer to drink it with the agave nectar, it bring a certain type of sweetness to it that honey wouldn’t.
Nutrition Benefits:
The combination of lemon which help in the detoxification process and cayenne pepper which increases circulation which raises the metabolism is really crucial to any type of cleanse.
Ingredients:
424 ml Filtered Water
3 oz Lemon

Blue print is great but a rip off for something you can do in your OWN kitchen! I make the recipes myself and it tastes the same!
add half of amount in recipe, taste and add more if you can handle it- i think mine may have been extra powerful because the drink was almost too spicy to drink!
I at first agreed on the extremely high cost of the BPC. But, it turned out that after picking up the vegetables/fruits to juice the recipes of BPC, the cost was still $55/day of juices. If I lived in NYC, I would order the BPC still but the added delivery charges to Texas still make the price too exorbitant all the way around.
I agree with you, though with more that I been doing this the more cost effective I managed to get it to be. Once you get to know your juicer and the juices you’ll like to make you can get it done for under $20 a day I would guess.
